All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for Rat Premium subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused time.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We want the data on Rat Radar to be accurate. If you believe an inspection record is incorrect, outdated, or should no longer be displayed â for example, because a business has closed, been sold, or a violation was dismissed â please let us know.
Email us at support@ratradar.com with the subject line "Data Correction Request." Include the business name, city, and a brief description of what needs to be fixed. We'll review your request and update the record if the underlying government data supports a correction.
Note: we can only correct data that differs from what the source agency currently reports. For disputes with the underlying record, you'll need to contact the relevant health department directly.
